Find a home for rent in Manila - April 2016

There are interesting opportunities in the city of Metro Manila for those who want to take "home" for rent. Do not consider only the Makati area because it is considered "safe" because it's all a bit relative. 
Electricity and water then is more expensive in Makati than other areas, but I think it's a speech that will change from condominium to condominium, from district to district or better from barangay to barangay. It should rent the classic condo or an apartment or boarding house ? What are they? Let's look at the differences.

The "condo" is an apartment of a skyscraper or tower inserted into a broader context organized, usually with the amenities such as swimming pools, gyms and shops (convenience stores) and various internal services. There is a security service 24/24 and any guest are controlled and have the obligation to register.

If you are alone and you plan to stay for a long period, it should definitely rely on one of these structures which are many.
Prices currently start at 9k up for a unit coffins (empty apartment). E 15 / 17k for a furnished studio unit fully furnished with aircon, fridge, heater, double bed, table, microwave oven and sometimes a washing machine.

The apartment is a classic apartment as for us in Italy. The offer is really varied and should visit the area (the location) and check the internal state of things, but this applies to all options. In this case you can find apartments for 7k up (average price 10k one bedroom) obviously depends on the area and size, always it refers to a unit coffins (empty apartment, unfurnished).

Traffic is the number one enemy in Manila making it unpredictable and ever-present, only on the weekend fades to disappear almost completely alone on Sundays.
